	Claim Accepted - Once Your Injury Claim Solicitor has gathered all details about your claim, legal documents are prepared ready for your claim to be progressed.

	Claim Settled - When your injury claim has reached settlement you will receive 100% of any compensation you are awarded. We have a simple claims promise. When we win you pay nothing. If we lose you pay nothing.
